Documented support and independently tested compatibility are different. AllRecomps has not run these games.
Development progress
Language packs are generated from additional region ROMs: PAL supplies UK English/French/German and the Japanese release adds Japanese. This is documented functionality, not a new release-date claim.

Known limitations
ROM hacks require USA 1.0 as the base. The maintainers warn that most supported hacks have not been fully tested and can still have issues.

Getting started
Use your own supported retail ROM in Z64 format. The README lists USA 1.0/1.1, Japanese and PAL SHA-1 hashes; USA 1.0 has SHA-1 1fe1632098865f639e22c11b9a81ee8f29c75d7a.

Extract the Windows/macOS release or launch the Linux AppImage, then select the ROM to generate bk.o2r. Linux normally stores data in ~/.local/share/lighthouse/; SHIP_HOME can override it.

Some projects require files from your own copy of the original game. Follow the official instructions.
