About this project
The repository identifies the 1999 USA Dreamcast game and documents static SH-4-to-C++ recompilation through dreamcomp. It is not a port of Soulcalibur II or a later entry.

Documented support and independently tested compatibility are different. AllRecomps has not run these games.
Development progress
The README describes up to 4× internal resolution, keyboard/gamepad rebinding with F1 and a per-user virtual memory card. No complete-game test result is documented in this review.

Known limitations
Experimental anamorphic 16:9 widescreen currently crashes during fights and is disabled by default. The separate crop, letterbox and stretch display modes should not be confused with that option.

Getting started
Build through the documented dreamcomp toolchain and provide your own USA T1401N V1.000 disc. The setup accepts Redump .cue/.bin, .gdi and .chd images and checks the expected boot file. Other editions are rejected.
