Compatibility
The documented source is Director’s Cut / Restless Dreams with Enhanced Edition’s supported executable and essential packs. The README specifies a 5,685,248-byte sh2pc.exe and its SHA-1; an arbitrary PC executable is not interchangeable.

Documented support and independently tested compatibility are different. AllRecomps has not run these games.

Known limitations
First visits can stutter while shaders compile. The Switch may drop frames decoding the Enhanced Edition’s 60 FPS FMVs to preserve audio timing; this does not make the game itself run at 60 FPS.

Getting started
Prepare your own PC installation with Enhanced Edition’s Enhanced Executable, Essential Files, Image Enhancement and Audio Enhancement packs. Copy the documented data/ and sh2e/ layout with sh2pc.exe and sh2-nx.nro into /switch/sh2-nx/.

Launch in full-memory title mode; forwarders need the documented 39-bit address space. Settings, data/save and shader caches remain beside the NRO and should be preserved across updates.

Some projects require files from your own copy of the original game. Follow the official instructions.
