A starting point

Windows compatibility runtime for the PS4 Remastered edition, using its original x86-64 code and shadPS4 Vulkan graphics. Opening, episode 1 and city are documented; later episodes and long-session stability remain untested. Requires CUSA01113 v01.00 game files.

The original PS4 executable runs through a loader/runtime that replaces system libraries, while the shadPS4 video core translates GPU commands and shaders to Vulkan. This is a game-specific compatibility approach, distinct from translating console CPU code into new C++ ahead of time.

Documented features include render resolution up to 4K, higher-quality shadows, FXAA/TAA/FSR 3.1/DLSS options, SDL3 controllers, touchpad emulation and DualSense gyro. The launcher can offer updates and keep saves/settings; these options are documentation claims, not a site hardware test.
